Work characteristics
Building structure: The seventeen-floor building – business class “A” consists of monolith reinforced concrete slabs and columns.The facade is modified entirely with structural system for hung facade, consisting of aluminum vertical profiles and horizontal silicon joints. The internal dividing walls are made of light materials.

Technical characteristics
The designed building is multifunctional and combines trade storage, shops, offices, power substation and underground garages. They all take place in two blocks: tall – 67 m high and low – 15 m. The garages are situated on three levels two of which underground, with totally 349
park-cells.
