Work characteristics
Building structure – reinforced concrete slabs and columns with brick walls.
Finishing works – all types building works, isolation, floors and floor - covering, facade, roofs, tiling, plumbing and sewerage, electric installation and HVAC, doors, windows.

Technical characteristics
Block A and B have totally eight residential sections on seven floors. There are trade parts and park spaces in four sections.
Block C consists of two sections of nine floors, situated on two-floor large body with public serving functions and covered parking.
Public and residential sections are served by separate communication offices.
