Finishing works:
Includes all types finishing works after structural building, until its converting into a luxurious hotel, and specifically: plumbing and electric installations, sewerage; HVAC; hydro-isolation and heat-isolation, plaster, flooring; tiling; furnishing; access and security systems, communication systems and other.

Technical characteristics
Two buildings:  Tall, 9 floors and a low one, containing:
Built-up area: 5 202 sq. m.
43 rooms;
5 apartments;
Lobby bar;
Garage including 38 park-cells;
Business centre with 3 conference halls;
A restaurant with 52 seats.
Spa centre on two levels – underground and on the ground floor.
Two personnel offices.
