Work characteristics
Entire demolition of one and partly of a second existing building with preserving some parts of the second.
Building up of a new part – reinforced concrete building, preserving the existing architectural style.
Restoration of the existing architectural details on facades, perches, windows, doors and banisters.
Finishing works, including isolation, plaster, flooring with polished granite on common parts, plumbing, HVAC, electric installations, etc.
