Work characteristics
Demolition of an old incapable construction.
Building structure – monolith one. Building of two new constructions - of 5 and 3 floors.
Finishing works.

Technical characteristics
The two new constructions are joined with covered connection.
The 5-floor body is a residential building with totally 12 apartments and two studios.
The 3-floor body is an office building.
The underground garages - 16 cells are situated on two levels - 8 cells on each level.
Built-up area of both buildings: 2 472 m²
